Phillies Chances

Although the Philadelphia Phillies chances of making the playoffs were very slim throughout the whole year, it started to look promising about three or four weeks ago.  Well, maybe not promising, but definitely a lot better than the dismal outlook people had on it the whole year to that point.  The Phillies are now looking at a 1.1 percent chance of making the playoffs as a wild card team according to coolstandings.com, which shows an outlook of every division.  The Washington Nationals are top of the NL East with the surprising record of 89-57.  Really? The Nationals? Who would of seen this coming, from last to first in on year.  Obviously, they drafted the right personnel to get the job done.  Bryce Harper and Stephen Strasburg are the real deal, while our Phillies are getting old and injury prone.  Should we keep faith in our beloved Chase Utley and Ryan Howard, along with our aging pitching staff, or is it time to move on and sell for draft positions so we can youthanize our roster?
